Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

During another Spiritual Adventure in Mount Shasta, we walked through the forest in Red Fir Flats to meditate while the sun set. I meditate with creativity...photography is my voice and one of my connections to spirit. As I watched the sunset, I lifted my camera, an extension of myself, to capture the moment through my heart, not my eyes...the image felt so strong...such a vibration coming through...like I could continue to feel the energy of the fiery sun seep into my body and lift me.
